QALC Centennial Celebration

October 28, 2018, at 1:00 PM

Thanks to all who joined us as we celebrated our past, rejoiced in our present,
and looked with renewed hope to our future as the living body of Christ.

Did you miss the event? Were you there, but wish you could have another look at those slide shows? Here they are!

Take a look at this historical overview, with photos and documents from 1918 – 2005. Click here for link.

This second part contains photos from 2005 to the present day. Click here for link.

Another document has photos from the life and family of Rev. Dr. Jesse Pflueger, the founding pastor of our church. Click here for link.

And this last document has class lists and photos of confirmation classes from 1918 through the present. Click here for the link.

(If you have photos to add to this collection, or if you can identify people or give proper dates to any of the photos that have none, please contact the church office with your information. We would love to update our archives!)

Bishop Kirby Unti sent the following greeting to our congregation:

Thank you to everyone who helped make the Centennial Celebration a success! Our committee members Mary Gallagher, Kirsten Erickson, Brent McCullough, Connie Wurm, Sarah Louie, and Pastor Dan for putting their time and energy into planning the celebration and the “sprucing up” parties outside.

And a huge THANK YOU to everyone else who volunteered to cook food, serve, greet, clean-up, or helped in some way to make this celebration possible! The church (and this committee) could not have done it without you!
