QALC concludes another successful year with Community Lunch on Capitol Hill. As a founding supporter of the Community Lunch on Capitol Hill, we have helped to provide nearly a thousand lunches during the four Tuesdays this November, in keeping with our tradition of serving hungry guests for more than 30 years. Together with other volunteers, including middle school students and volunteers from Seattle University, we have both provided needed meals and been the fortunate recipients of deep and sincere gratitude from CLCH guests. We expect to continue in this tradition next year, so please consider volunteering.

Thanks to volunteers Rich Mathes, Georganne Robertson, Joel Mather, Cathy Unseth, Jim Margard, Deb Squires, Steve Burdick, Katherine Knorr, Peggy Morgan, Mac Smith, John Reese, Don Thomas, Dan and Kim Heffernan, and other friends. Also, hats off to lead chefs Candy Mathes and Harold Robertson, who also volunteer during other months of the year.

Join us December 17 to decorate Christmas cookies for CLCH!
